1. Ethanol was produced through fermentation of sugar by yeast .
These were the apparatus used in the process . The apparatus is left to stand for one week .
The bubbles show the reaction of yeast and glucose solution (sugar).
Air bubbles indicate carbon dioxide was produce.
The alcohol obtained through fermentation is purified by distillation process.
This experiment was carried out by the 5 Al-Khawarizmi class (2011)
